What is Talk2Jill?
Talk2Jill is a blog created to up lift others any give the information I am learning everyday as a woman in her twenties. Some of the things I’ve learned in my early adulthood are things that I wish I knew earlier, but that doesn’t mean that everyone should have to learn the hard way.
What Are Your Goals?
Currently I am a college student studying civil engineering. This decision arose when I combined my passions for architecture and engineering together. However I am far from almost done. After I obtain my bachelors I want to pursue another degree in business.
These are my short term goals but I want to educate myself as much as possible because I believe there is always something new to learn.
What Do You Do For A Living?
In 2021 I became a certified product support specialist for TurboTax! I’ve came a long way from when I applied for my first job as a housekeeper at a nursing home in 2016. Less than a year later after I was able to get my very first car I went on to work for multiple Kroger’s in their online shopping department in 2017. Two years later after I moved out on my own I applied to Total Wine and More and became a cashier then used my expertise from Kroger to assist in their online shopping department in 2019.
